In 2001, Connie Cwik catapulted through the ranks at Microsoft when she took on the primary liaison role for worldwide relations between Microsoft and General Motors Corporation (GM). While Microsoft had previously turned over 5 reps in 4 years on the GM account, Connie quickly earned GM’s trust and took Microsoft’s rating on the coveted GM Strategic Vendor Scorecard from 16th to 2nd – in just 36 months. The long-term relationship established by Connie is still in existence today. Connie has a career signature of being asked by senior corporate leaders such as Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer, and Rick Wagoner to assume advisor-consultant roles with clients and executive teams. She was recently recruited by The Walt Disney Company to coach executives and will work jointly with their HR to create career development plans for Disney’s Enterprise IT group (50 people). A recognized leader and mentor, Connie holds industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, and Financial Services. From her time at Microsoft and Accenture LLP (where she was the Global Relationship Director for both the GM and The Walt Disney Company accounts), Connie emerged as an architect for career progression. She has more than 20 years experience building relationships, developing teams, and coaching associates to success. While she travels nationally and internationally to coach clients, Connie enjoys spending time in her North Carolina home surrounded by friends, family, and her Morkie (Maltese x Yorkie) puppy, Maddie. Sports, reading, and working around her house are her passions. | | |
